He has designed the DVD so that you get a indoor cycling workout (the ride consists of many speed and resistance changes along with many form pointers for the ride of your life), a complete total body workout using tubing, weights, core stability moves and a medicine ball and an interval workout that combines both bike and resistance training all on one. His new ride will start on the bike (15 min.) and then you get options from there - more stationary bike (30 min.), complete total body training using tubing, weights, stability ball, medicine ball and balance/core exercises (40 min.), and finally, a 5 minute cool down.
